SHIPPING POLICY
All of our portraits are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. The cost of this is inclusive of the price of your portrait and there will be no additional cost to you. For International orders all import duties are to paid for by the buyer.

NOTE: We intend to process orders on the day which means once your order is placed we will be unable to modify your shipping method.
If an order is made after 16:00 GMT on a Friday we will process this order on the following Monday.
RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to offer a FULL REFUND or exchange on any portrait if you are not completely satisfied. The portrait must be in its original condition and has not been mounted or framed.
Simply return the portrait, using Track & Sign For service with THIRTY DAYS and providing we receive the portrait and it's in original condition your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

After the THIRTY DAYS we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
