I want you to be fully satisfied with your portrait and offer a 30 days full refund OR exchange provided there is no damage to the portrait and it's not been mounted or framed.
After 30 days we are not able to offer any refunds or exchanges.
All P&P is included in the price of your portrait. Once shipping has been arranged we will not be able to alter delivery methods.
I use Royal Mail Priority, Track & Trace.
If you would prefer an alternative form of delivery please let me know via email before purchasing.
NOTE: Alternative delivery methods will be an additional cost to the buyer.
